ph350 operates as a Philippine-focused online gaming platform and takes the privacy and security of its players' personal data seriously. The platform serves Filipino players across the country — from Metro Manila to Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Iloilo, and beyond — and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, gaming activity, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

If you believe ph350 has processed your personal data in breach of the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC).
The ph350 Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. ph350 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted as part of the registration and KYC process. Where ph350 identifies, at any stage, that an Account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, the personal data of the minor will be securely deleted or returned in accordance with applicable law, and any balance on the Account will be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
ph350's primary data infrastructure is hosted on servers optimized for the Philippine market.
